All pricing rates displayed across service sheets are denominated in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). Any legal service quote undergoes specific contract confirmation before payment deposits are processed.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All preview snippets and design layouts developed directly by Impulse Media remain corporate property until complete final payment models are cleared by clients.

5. Indemnification & Limitation of Claims

Our operations do not bear direct liability for unexpected third-party platform algorithm fluctuations or ad performance statistics. We provide assets as defined relative to our technical brief checklists.

6. Applicable Government Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any legal dispute or court file resides within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nairobi.
